Poco, the budget smartphone brand owned by Xiaomi, has announced the closure of its global website (po.co) effective December 31, 2024. This means that all product pages, customer service options, and after-sales support will be migrated to Xiaomi’s main website (mi.com)​

The decision is part of Xiaomi’s strategy to streamline its digital presence, consolidating its sub-brands under a single platform. Following the closure, any user attempting to access the Poco website will be redirected to Xiaomi’s site​

Customers can rest assured that their purchase records and loyalty points, including any existing coupons, will be automatically transferred to the Xiaomi platform. Poco’s customer support and after-sales services will continue to operate seamlessly under the new arrangement​
